This DVD was the training tape used for the Tai Chi for Balance study. It is 40 minutes long and shows the seven Tai Chi movements in the sequence. These movements were chosen as ones that could reasonably be performed by someone with mild imbalance. You can download the handout (682 K, pdf format) that goes with this videotape here. Mr. Kotsias has written a popular book on Tai Chi, that also illustrates some of these movements.
