http://www.myworldphone.com/ -- awful customer service.

This is a very sad story. My 10 year old daughter wanted a "Razr". She saved her allowance money up for many months -- $240 -- , and found this site -- which advertises these phones. The site does not indicate very clearly that the phones don't work on all carriers. It is there, but in very small print.

The phone arrived, without a "SIP" module, which is needed for any phone to work. Also, on looking it over carefully, we discovered that it doesn't work on Verizon, which is the carrier that we use in Chicago.

I called repeatedly, attempting to return the phone. The phone was answered by very unhelpful people, with mideastern accents, who said "call back later". We faxed in the return form several times - -no response. I emailed them over and over. No RMA number either. I attempted to stop payment through Paypal -- they wouldn't refund my money.

My suggestion -- don't patronize Worldphone. I had an awful experience -- they clearly do not care about their customers. I am also much more reluctant to use Paypal now.
