Overview

Chicago Dizziness and Hearing (CDH) is an otoneurology medical private practice affiliated with Northwestern University, located on the magnificent mile of Chicago, Illinois. We share clinic space with the Ear institute of Chicago (a surgical otology practice), Neuropsychological Associates of Chicago (a forensic neuropsychology practice), and Dr. Susan Pearlson (a psychiatrist).

We specialize in diagnosis and treatment of dizziness and hearing disorders. We provide medical diagnosis and treatment of all dizziness and hearing conditions, physical therapy for dizziness, audiology (hearing) services, and legal expert witness services for dizziness and hearing conditions.

We maintain the dizziness-and-balance.com website, which has a large amount of information intended for patients with dizziness and hearing disorders. A large number of our pages are ranked #1 on the web.

• For people who live fairly close to downtown, the bus is extremely convenient to our office ! If you take a CTA bus, you can get off just a few steps away (take one that goes up Michigan, and get off on Erie). Bus tickets are only about $2, so this method is certainly the cheapest.
• From the south (e.g. Indiana), the Metra train is wonderful. The Metra station that services South Chicago (Millenium Park) is only 6 blocks away, and in a beautiful and safe part of Chicago.
• From the North, there are trains that go to Union Station (which takes a cab to get to CDH). If you take the CTA trains, the Randolph Lake exit is the best, as it is just 2 blocks from Michigan and Millenium Park.
• From the far west, train is again the best.

Millenium Park -- just 6 blocks away from Chicago Dizziness and Hearing on Michigan Avenue. If you get off at the Randolph Metra or CTA stations, you might want to check out the park too.
